1. Data Controllers

Each controller processes personal data independently, within the scope of their own business activities.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your personal data (name, email address, and any other information provided in the form) solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or request submitted via the contact form on our website.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

4. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to process your inquiry, but no longer than 12 months from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
